I am a Business Consultant specializing in BIPOC business development, workforce strategy, cultural awareness, and cross-cultural communication. With a background in clinical mental health counseling and a focus on trauma and crisis, I bring a unique, people-centered approach to organizational growth, leadership development, and strategic planning.
Currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Psychology, my education includes Walden University, Medaille University, and Oklahoma State University, with a foundation in international studies from Niagara University. I am fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and English, allowing me to connect with diverse communities and foster inclusive, culturally responsive business practices.
